My background combines hands-on entrepreneurial experience with deep commercial expertise.

 

I built one of the largest businesses in Scotland within my niche, taking a non-traditional and forward-thinking approach to growth, customer experience and commercial structure. That experience now underpins the work I do with founder-led and scaling businesses.

 

Alongside this, I have worked as a Business Adviser with Business Gateway, supporting over 100 businesses across a wide range of sectors to develop, refine and execute their commercial strategy. This led to me being approached by a global sales training organisation, where I became the youngest sales expert within the business at the time.

 

I typically work with SMEs in the £1m to £10m range where growth has stalled, sales performance is inconsistent or there is no clear commercial structure. My focus is on implementing practical, scalable improvements across sales strategy, processes and team capability.

 

Across my client work, I have delivered consistent, measurable outcomes. This includes supporting a renewable energy business to increase sales x5 within a single quarter, doubling conversion rates for a property investment firm through targeted sales team development and helping a SME consultant double their revenue within four months by refining their sales process and commercial offer.

 

My approach is direct, commercially focused and outcome-driven. I work closely with founders and leadership teams to define the commercial agenda, implement change and ensure it delivers tangible results.
