My background combines entrepreneurial experience, commercial leadership and hands-on sales expertise.

 

As an exited founder, I built one of the largest businesses in Scotland within its niche through a non-traditional and commercially disciplined approach to growth, customer experience and operational excellence.

 

Building and selling a successful business has given me first-hand experience of the challenges business owners face when trying to scale revenue, build teams and create long-term value.

 

Alongside this, I worked as a Business Adviser with Business Gateway, supporting more than 100+ businesses across a wide range of industries to develop, refine and execute their commercial strategy. This led to me being approached by a global sales training organisation, where I became the youngest sales expert within the business globally at the time.

 

Today, I work with everyone from individual sales professionals and founder-led start-ups through to established businesses generating more than £1 million per month in revenue.

I am typically engaged when; Sales performance is inconsistent, growth has stalled, conversion rates are lower than they should be, teams lack structure, confidence or accountability, business owners need experienced commercial input without hiring a full-time sales leader

 

My approach is practical, commercially focused and outcome-driven.

 

I work closely with founders and sales leaders or individuals to build sales functions that are structured, scalable and capable of delivering consistent results.
