

"Opportunities don't just happen, you have to create them."
At 21, I was “let go” from my role as a sales rep'.
The reason? According to my manager I "couldn’t sell f****** anything."
Fast forward more than a decade on and I'm now a high-performing sales professional supporting SME businesses to grow their revenue and make more profit!
So, what happened in between?
I entered the world of self-employment and embarked on my entrepreneurial journey, successfully building an award-winning business from scratch that I scaled to multiple six figures before I turned 30.
I then co-founded another company with a business partner where we disrupted the niche market place we were in by growing it in to the largest business of it's kind in that space (in Scotland) in less than 3 years.
As part of that process, I made the conscious decision to invest deeply in to both my personal and professional development - approximately £100k to date!
Next came the opportunity to work as a freelance business adviser for business gateway. During my time in that role I supported businesses across both the public and private sectors to navigate challenges by providing advice, guidance and support to help them launch, grow and succeed!
This was when I realised I didn't just have a passion for building and running businesses but also for helping others do the same.
I was then approached by a global sales training company to join as a sales specialist - I was the youngest trainer in the organisation during my time there.
After helping my first client x5 their sales in less than 8 weeks on the job, I realised I actually had a real flare and passion for selling - a complete turnaround from that original sales rep' job!
What had changed?
I'd developed a high value skill - the art of selling.
As I continued to deliver results with clients, I found myself working with more and more Subject Matter Experts such as; Coaches, Consultants and Freelancers.
I realised that these business owners are incredible at what they do but struggle with sales because they either; don’t enjoy selling or don’t have the time to do it at scale.
So, I’ve created a plug-in sales service designed to take the burden of sales away from SME business owners so they can focus on doing what they do best!
